紐約客酒店 (The New Yorker Hotel by Lotte Hotels)

I do love it here, it was a really beautiful and nice hotel. The location is really good and easy to access, i stayed only 1 night because i got there late and it's really close to the Penn station, I walked only 3-5 mins to get there. Food at the ticktock was very nice though and i love that the room was soooo clean and functional. Highly recommend! :)

Stayed at the New Yorker Hotel and the location is absolutely perfect — right by Penn Station, making it super convenient for travel around NYC. Rooms are on the smaller side (as expected in New York), but very comfortable, clean, and well-kept. The hotel itself feels classic and well-managed. Tik Tok Diner right downstairs is a great spot for a quick bite, and Macy’s is just a short walk away for shopping. Overall, a great stay if you want convenience, cleanliness, and easy access to everything midtown has to offer.

Scam! Arrived at noon, not able to check in till 3pm,$5 per item to store luggage/laptops. Had 6 items. Check out at 11 flight not till 3pm so another luggage check in so another $30US. Upgraded to family suite,ceiling is cracked,urine around the toilet,bathtub cracked,unreal noise from the streets because widows have holes and we were on 21 floor. View and location is good but I think every corner in NYC has a subway so really don't need that feature. Would NOT recommend this hotel.VOICED my concern with manager so they waved off upgrade fee.

요즘 트렌드가 그렇다지만 호텔 어메니티가 너무 적고 청결상태가 불량함. 욕실 바닥은 건식임에도 타일 골에 때가 쌓여 시커멓고 욕조 비누 놓는 자리는 언제 청소했는지 곰팡이와 때가 끼어 있었음.

酒店出乎意料的好，地理位置很熱鬧，方便出行，去那裡都方便。原擔心會有點安全，但酒店管理很好，其實附近還是算安全的。酒店這款親子房竟然有兩個廁所，這很贊👍；第二、酒店很乾凈，給的樓層也很高，晚上休息很安靜。屬於性價比很高，早餐沒有預訂酒店，門口就是麥當勞與星巴克，附近還有家很不錯的炸雞。唯一一個缺點就是停車不方便，並且酒店指定的價格也很貴，誰讓這是紐約呢，也不安排代客泊車！

혼자 여행이라 객실이 좁다는 느낌은 없었습니다. 침대도 개인 취향에 맞아서 잠도 푹 잘 잤습니다. 지하철역, 쇼핑 등 다양한 시설이 근접해 있어 시간 가는 줄 모르고 구경했습니다 :) 다음 뉴욕 여행에도 꼭 다시 오고싶네요 😌

3泊したためか景色の良いお部屋をご用意いただきました。お部屋も古さはあるもののとても綺麗で快適でした✨️駅からすぐで立地も良かったのでまた泊まりたいです。

部屋が清潔で、エレベーターの台數が多いので待ち時間は短く非常に便利です。チェックイン前後に荷物を預ける場合は1點につき5ドル必要です。(カード払い可能)

I had mixed feelings about the hotel. While the location is excellent, the noise level was unacceptable due to its position at a main intersection. I struggled to get restful sleep, as I was frequently disturbed by the constant sound of ambulances and NYPD car alarms. Although the hotel is generally clean, it’s undeniably an old property—let’s call it "legacy" or "historical." The room was spacious, which is a positive by NYC hotel standards. I rated the service just “1 star” because my interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing—from check-in to check-out and even with baggage storage. It was evident that the staff had a “just doing my job” mindset instead of showing any commitment to excellence or enthusiasm for providing a positive experience. When I tried to arrange for baggage storage before heading to Boston, the staff at the counter was unyielding, insisting they couldn't accommodate me even with payment. I understood their concerns about limited space, but I was frustrated by their failure to suggest or offer any alternative solutions. However, I am pleased to say that when I returned from Boston, I was relieved I had chosen to spend the remainder of my NYC 訂房網站 at Staypineapple! Given how competitive hotel services are, I appreciate that Staypineapple’s service standards were the complete opposite of THE NEW YORKER.

クイーンベッドサイズの部屋は日本のビジネスホテル並みに狹いので要注意です。鞄を広げるスペースが足りないです。寫真は広く見えますが、部屋のサイズを必ず詳細で確認してください。 立地は素晴らしいが、ホテル自體はかなり年季が入っています。
